The employees no NOTHING about the products they sell. IMHO
The New Martinsville store is one of the best stores I've been in. I had a few questions and they were answered. I now have all the information about the phones to help make my decision when I go to upgrade my phone.
Very rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful. They don’t know about anything they sell. The return policy is a joke. If you want to get phone cases get them on Amazon instead. Don’t waste your time at this establishment. I was treated very poorly at this store. To keep it short and sweet they said to buy something or don’t come in here.
They can't take a cash payment. Save yourself time and call AT&T.
