When our beloved dog DEInc passed away in March the team at Grisell's were the greatest. They treated us with the utmost respect and dignity. The team was so kind to my 3 and 5 y/o nieces and allowed Brooklyn to accompany DEInc inside to retrieve his collar and say her good-byes.
DEInc was returned to us in a very sweet urn with information to read to the kids so they would understand everything that had happened.
We can not tank them enough for making a very difficult time as easy as they did.
