I love this place!! I only gave it 4 stars because it needs updated. Most of their workers are friendly. Good food as well
Business hours are set according to when they decide to work, they are supposed to be open till midnight or later and everybody will be inside but they close the drive thru and hide in the back so they don't have to serve anyone. That behavior I have seen start as early as 930 when they need to be open until midnight according to the website and corporate. If you are lucky enough to get there when they are open their business is so slow that your food is cold by the time you get it. Being that it's a KFC and a Taco Bell together if you want anything from Taco Bell it is placed on the back burner being that KFC gets more customers. I've been to several other Taco Bells that are stand-alone and not KFC Taco Bell hybrids and the service and hours match accordingly with corporate regulations. Also the service is exponentially better! If you're in a hurry, do not go through the drive-thru or better yet skip this KFC / Taco Bell all together. Just this past week I had a friend that literally had to wait 45 minutes on her food!!! She is much more patient than I am, I would have demanded my money back and went somewhere else.
Needs updated small seating sucks love the KFC and taco bell combo. still needs updated because it is falling apart in the guest seating are. exit sign dose not work on one side of dinning area. Employees seem over whelmed at times.
did not get what i order was other side of town to find they ripped me off
the food i did get had some kind off sticky stuff all over bottom of container wood not eat here
