Cashier was efficient and professional. Order was correct and fresh. She was also cleaning every chance she could. Good job. Think her name was Kayla or Krista.
This place was completely remodeled in the summer of 2017, including the children's playland.
It seems every time I stop there, I come away more disappointed than the previous visit. I stopped today on my way out of town and picked up a burger. Sadly, it was cold, the cheese wasn't melted and the bun was cold and stale. This place is so bad that it is hard to understand how they stay in business.
Food is always amazing as long as you asked for it fresh. Depending upon who's working especially during the day food is always made fresh and they never send anything out that is not up to their quality standards. However when you go at night you must ask that it be made fresh and even if you do sometimes it is clearly not. While going to the drive-thru if you look closely there is a small black led sign with a letter A through f. It is actually there for the customer so they know what grade their army is meaning how long the meat has been sitting in the warming trays meaning that a it is fresh a b is still fine a C is edible but If it has D or F that means that all the meats in all of their warming trays are no longer considered edible according to their quality standards. They will try to lie and say that the grading machine doesn't mean anything, that it's broken but we know that during the day it always has an A and never below an A or C when managers are working. I know someone that has works there and they know for a fact that that grading system does work. Simply ask for your food be made fresh and it will be delicious nearly every time. Overall they are one of the better fast food restaurants in town, they are always very clean and very nice.
Ordered $20 worth of nuggets & burgers 3X this week. Every order was shorted on food & nugget counts. Restaurant is ALWAYS disgusting and nasty. I'll NEVER be back!!! Avoid this BK at all cost as I GUARANTEE you you will get LOUSY SERVICE, DOG WORTHY FOOD, from the FILTHIEST restaurant I've seen in a decade. YAK!!
